Shipping
We ship across Canada, to every U.S. state (Texas, Arizona, California, New York, Florida, and all others, without exception), and internationally, including Europe. Orders are prepared within 2 to 10 business days, and a tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.
- Canada: $9.99 — free shipping from $100 (3 to 8 business days transit)
- United States (all states): rate calculated by weight, from $7.90 — free from $100 (5 to 10 business days transit)
- International, including Europe: $39.99 (10 business days or more depending on destination)
For international shipments, any customs duties and local taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns and refunds — how it works
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your notebook doesn't suit you, you have 30 days from receipt to return it to us in its original condition. The process is simple:
- Write to us at info@promodev.ca (or via the Contact page) with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply within 24 to 48 business hours with return instructions.
- Once we receive the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part — in which case we cover it entirely.
